ORDERING
Ordering options :
TEDDYFISH products are available for purchase 24/7 through our online
store. Unless noted otherwise, items are in stock and available for shipment
once order has been processed. If items are backordered or delayed, we
will contact you via email or phone with the shipment date.
Order verification
:
You will receive an email confirmation of your order once it has been
placed. You will receive a second email confirming shipment of your order.
This email will include a tracking number that can be used to track the
status of your delivery.
Payment options :
TEDDYFISH.fr exclusivly accept all payment from Paypal account.
International orders
:
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees.
SHIPPING
Most of the products
for sale online are in-stock and send by Hong Kong Speedpost services,
which assures 4 to 8 business days delivery time for worldwide. If products
are not available in stock or available to meet shipping requirements,
you will be contacted via email.
RETURNS & REPAIRS
Returns & exchange
policy :
If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us online,
you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot
accept returns on any special orders or international orders.
Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition.
We cannot accept COD deliveries.
To return or exchange
an item, please send an email to request a return authorization (RA) number.
Items cannot be accepted for return without an RA number.

Please make sure to
write the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure the delivery
is accepted. For your protection please insure the package for the full
purchase amount.
TEDDYFISH is not responsible
for items damaged or lost in transit.
Credits are refunded
upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically,
refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days. Refunded
credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via email
once the return is processed.
